We focus on companies that are enduring, have massive backlogs of revenue, high percentages of recurring revenue, or long-term contracts. Our investments target businesses with EBITDAs between $400k and $2M.

PTCP should primarily be recognized as an operator, then as a sponsor investing its own capital, and finally as a family office with a group of partners investing together. We operate with a partnership model, emphasizing long-term investments and a patient approach. Our goal is to build lasting value and stable growth for the businesses we invest in.

In our investment strategy, we aim to maximize the amount of seller financing available. We then seek to maximize the amount of SBA loans we can obtain before considering traditional bank loans. This approach allows us to optimize our financing structure and ensure the best outcomes for our investments.
